3D in vivo imaging for your NIR Fluorescent probes

NIR fluorescent probes are at the forefront of organ, tissue and molecule-targeting, but their pre-clinical development is often severely restricted due to the lack of appropriate in-vivo imaging solutions.

Instruments primarily built for 2-D bioluminescence applications are great for screening studies, but cannot deliver the depth of insight that NIR probe development requires.  Even those that claim 3-D capability typically have limited-angle signal acquisition and their filtered-light excitation struggles to get the best from your carefully-engineered probe.

TriFoil Imaging's InSyTe offers the world's most advanced 3-D fluorescent imaging. Laser excitation maximizes probe fluorescence and full 360° photon acquisition enables the highest quality optical tomography available.  Now, NIR probes can be detected in small quantities across the entire mouse physiology.

With a high-quality in-line CT to give full anatomic reference, this instrument enables researchers to push the boundaries of probe development, drug distribution and metastasis models.
